Hi All,
When an application uses MQOO_BIND_NOT_FIXED in the MQOPEN , it is successful But when they do MQPUT using the same handle they get 2189 error,
And when the same application issues uses MQOO_BIND_ON_OPEN in MQOPEN, it is successful with the MQPUT also, and the message lands in the destination Qmgr/Q.

The Message is put in a cluster queue.

Any inputs as to why is it happening this way..?
