I got the following Exception while trying to instantiate MQQueueManager using the chennel definition table file url:
MQJE001: An MQException occurred: Completion Code 2, Reason 2278

Any suggestion?

Did you "ensure that the URL of the client channel definition table is correct", per the documentation of MQRC_CLIENT_CONN_ERROR?
