Reinstall cluster queue manager

I have a queue manager thats part of cluster. If I need to uninstall the queue manager and reinstall it again, then

Just "SUSPEND" queue manager and "RESUME" queue manger works ??

or Do I have to remove the cluster queue manager from the cluster, reinstall it and then add it back again to the cluster ??

The queue manager name obviously going to be the same.

You have to remove the queue manager from the cluster. Even though you recreate new queue manager with same name the queue manager id will be different. So its better to remove the old one.
