Hello dear reader,
Could you tell me where I can find and download the fscontext.jar API ?

I'm having that message using a sample java JMS/JNDI prog :
Could not create JNDI context: javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot in
stantiate class: com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory [Root exception is j
ava.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory]

By the way, how can I set my system properties to use JNDI ?
Finally, would you have some JMS sample prog to send/receive message to MQ without JNDI ?

Many thanks,
N.D.

Hi

U will need to install supportpac MA88: MQSeries classes for Java from the ibm site. Download from URL http://www-3.ibm.com/software/integration/support/supportpacs/individual/ma88.html

fscontext.jar needed in case of the file-system jndi can be found in lib dir of installation dir of MA88. Add the fscontext.jar to the classpath.

For jndi u do need to set any system properties but use JNDI names for
ur queueconnectionfactory and queues.

U can find a nice example at http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/ibm/library/i-jmsmq/

For a JMS sample prog to send/receive message to MQ without JNDI
look at the link http://www.developer.ibm.com/tech/sampmq.html and
download mqjmsro.java.

HTH
