Hi,

I need help with business terms that are involved when dealing with mortgage process. What are the business terms that are used by business analyst. I have an idea that we use holosofx to analyze a process and re-engineering a process. what are responsibilities of business analyst.
(I am not sure if i am right)
Could some one help me out . If someone is working in a bank in this particular area using workflow and holosofx I think they would be having very good idea.
It is very urgent
Any help is greatly appreciated.
