Hello All,
We have implemented following softwares:
MQWF, Holosofx, MQSI, MQ Series, DB2, CM, EIP, WAS, WPS
We would like to know the issues on maintaining, supporting and enhancing infrastures and applications. The issues on infrastructures would be on maintaining the above-mentioned softwares. And issues on application would be day to day business related issues.
Will it be possible for anyone to provide me the following information on priority:
- Various types of issues: Issues occuring on daily, weekly, monthly and periodic basis.
- Categorization of those issues.
- Approach to resolve those issues.

Please do not post the same question in multiple forums. I realize that your question touches on several products, but in such cases, General Discussion is the best location for the question. Otherwise we end up with duplicate/fragmented discussions...
