If only there was a step by step guide to everything - life would be simple (but our well paid jobs would also disappear!).

IBM have more documentation than most vendors. There is also a redbook (WMQI 2.1 migration and deployment) which has a sample Java plug-in node and explanation - www.redbooks.ibm.com

Hi,

Thanks for the information. I also have that information with me but that is not sufficient. It just gives a brief outline, but not detail knowledge.

For example, if I want to make a java plug in node which will read from the file and put into the queue. So how to do that, I need information regarding that.

Regards Always

The web (additional) materials with the red book contains the source code of the Java Plug in node to wait for files arriving in a directory and when they arrive - pass the data into a WMQI flow. If you want the data output on a queue, you just code an output node in the flow.

However if you don't want to manipulate the data in any way there is no need to use WMQI, just code yourself a file to MQ adapter (or adapt one of the many samples around) using the MQI or JMS etc.
