Hi,

I'm running MQ Series 5.2 on Solaris. After applying CSD06, my queue manager failed to start with this error:

AMQ5615: Default objects cannot be created: CompCode = 2 Reason = 2035.

The QM error log shows:

06/03/03 12:09:32 PM
AMQ5520: The system could not load the module '/opt/mqm/lib/amqzfu' for the
installable service 'AuthorizationService' component
'MQSeries.UNIX.auth.service'. The system return code was 536895861. The Queue
Manager is continuing without this component.

EXPLANATION:
The queue manager configuration data included a stanza for the installable
service 'AuthorizationService' component 'MQSeries.UNIX.auth.service' with the
module '/opt/mqm/lib/amqzfu'. The system returned 536895861 when it tried to
load this module. The Queue Manager is continuing without this component.
ACTION:
Make sure that the module can be loaded. Put the module into a directory where
the system can load it, and specify its full path and name in the configuration
data . Then stop and restart the queue manager.

I opened a PMR with IBM, they told me to uninstall MQ completely and reinstall it. I find this is overkilled.

Anyone experienced the same problem ?

Thanks

Check permissions on the files, you may need to set the uid bit.
