When you download the perl module:
http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/MQSeries/

and install it, the documentation is added in the form of man pages. If you look at the README file in the install package you'll see all the different man pages that are available.

In addition, the documentation is available through search.cpan.org,
http://search.cpan.org/author/HBIERSMA/MQSeries-1.20/.

Click on any of the modules listed to see the docs.

I wish Javadoc included sample code like POD does.
