I find "build time help" is more useful than most of the documents on build time. However, I have to have build time to use the help. Is there a PDF version of the build time hep available?

you have a print option on build time help
you can print out the whole buildtime help

I think you can print the page you are looking at and If I need the whole manual, I need to rpint one page at a time which would be time consuming. Can you print the whole manual ? If so that would be wonderful...

If you go to the Help ---- Help Topics --- Contents

There are 7 categories here
All you have to do is press print 7 times
