Hello:
In MQSI there is a log that recorded all the incidences that take place in production. This log is used for a transaction between Siebel-Sap. There is an error message like this:
'Unable to put message' and then the log adds the queue which connects MQSI to SAP.
I would like to know if you have idea why this incidence happens.

Check if the log queue is full.
Basically this would be the maximum queue depth defined for that queue.
Either clear the queue or increase the queue depth if that is the case.
