Hi,

We are wondering if it is possible to develop mqseries programs using COM, Socket, HTTP or SOAP to be able to communicate with a specific software proposing these interfaces to applications wishing to talk to it?

Yes.

You write an application that knows about both MQSeries and COM or HTTP or whatever.

Such a program won't be about to use a two phase commit over different technologies such as J2EE and the Microsoft equivalent.

Web services provides a way of communicating between the two "worlds".

There are also support pacs that allow COM objects to call MQ and so on - take a look at the support pacs.
