Is there a standard way of opening a PMR with IBM with workflow related questions. Does IBM have instructions out there for someone who hasn't done this b4?

| It also depends on what "IBM software maintenance agreement" you (your client) have. You do understand that it is not free, don't you. When you call the support line, they will ask for the customer number and you should know what the customer number is, inorder to have the help desk assistant open the PMR for you. |

Thanks John. Basically what I am looking for is a procedure outline. I guess you need to register yourself/your company as a member with IBM first and then use that account information in subsequent requests. I just didn't know if there was an outline out there somewhere.
