A private worklist can only be accessed by the person who creates it.

I would suggest that you have a look at the MQWF manuals.

if u want a worklist with specific requirements..
like a specific filter condition.. a sort criteria.. and a threshold which is just right for u.. and nobody else will be interested in that combination.. u always view ur worklist in specified way.. most common is public worklist though..
