can any one tell me under what circumstances the Q object gets damaged.
I am getting this error frequently on my linux server when acessing the Q.
I think deleting and recreating the Q is not a good option so if there is any
other option of retoring the Q data let me know.
I'd try and determine what is causing the damage to your queue objects first! Obviously this is not normal behaviour. Perhaps get latest CSD to ensure you've got fixes for know probs. Look at any FDCs that have been generated. Try and correlate time of queue damage with other events?
Linear logging could be used to enable queue recovery from the logs - however I'd try to fix the casue rather than change your loggin approach. For more detail on linear logging consult the system admin guide.
