I recently updated the MQMessenger utility and you can download the latest copy from http://www.mqmessenger.com (or http://www.mqtips.com )
I don't know if you have used the old version, but these are some of the the new features that are added:

1. Support for setting 'Reply to Queue', 'Reply to Queue Manager' and 'Message type'
2. Options to set 'timeout' and 'message expiry' values in the message header
3. Support for using dynamic queues (for reply messages)
4. Ability to store multiple host addresses in the configuration file

It's just 40kb in size and here is the screenshot:
