Do you mean while creating the configuration for the first time.
Either in runtime or buildtime ???

When you are done with the creation of configuration, import an FDL with the new password...

If it's just runtime then you can change it thru admin utility
I am not sue if this is what you are looking for but

Thanks.
This is what I wanted. At present we can log on to workflow "Admin tool"a.ka. (RTC.html) a.k.a "out-ofbox-client" with userid "admin" and password "password". I would like to change the "password" to "say "xyzxxx". How do I do that.
I have tried after posting this query the following way.
1. Change the password in bulidtime for "admin" to "xyzxxxx"
2. Create FDL for the profile of user "admin"
3. Import into runtime wth
fmcibie -i=xxxx.fdl -u=admin -p=password -y=fmc -l=xxxx.log -t -o
Otption

seems to be working.. But want to confirm..is it right way??
Thanks

That is one way of doing it.
You can also use fmcautil to do that
select 'u' -- for user commands menu
it will then allow you to change password. You can also use standard web-client.
