Hello Every,
I am new to MQ. Can some body please let me know what are the basic steps to do when messages are stuck in the queue. And also please let me know how to find a channel of particular queue.

1) Figure out why they got stuck
2) Fix that
3) Delete any messages that are no longer needed.

And there's no such thing as the channel of a particular queue. Read the Intercommunication manual (before, during or after you've followed the wise advice of jefflowrey).

Check the processes on the queue using the qstatus command. It is unclear from your post whether the queue is triggered and there is any process running on it. |
