Hi all,

I am using WBIMB 5.0 on Win2K, when i tried Deploying a Message flow using RAD, i get the following error:

Unable to connect to Configuration Manager. Please check parameters and try again.

The Config. Manager and the broker are up and running.
There are no messages in the Event Viewer and the Event Log.

Pls advice.

Regards,
Hari

This was working fine till yesterday, but i had deleted and recreated the "Domain" yesterday...after that i have been getting this "Broker(Restricted Access)" under my Broker Topology.
The user has all rights admin,mqbrkrs,mqm...etc

I even have deleted and recreated the broker but to no avail.

I am thinking this may be linked to my error in the prev post.

Rgds,
Hari

There are no Servers being shown under Server Perspective, and if i go on to create one it gives the same error as my previous post.

Infact as said in my prev post, the broker,CM,MQSeries is up and running fine.
The users already had the req Authority.
Infact as i was saying prev a few days back it was working fine.
But the other day i deleted the Domain..etc...and from that point of time it is not working fine

Hari

Hari,

did you install DB2, WBIMB, MQ under same user?
did you use the same userid for creating broker and configmgr?
do you have broker and configuration manager running on same queue manager?

reboot the system and run configuration manager and broker manually from windows services.

see if anything pops up in event viewer, I got in to this sometime ago, could not recall how i solved that...
