Could you explain why should I need to configure JMS Provider in WAS , If my JMSClient Application can access the JMSAdministered objects stored in WAS JNDI using JMSAdmin batch file...

Any help is appreciated !!!

If you are only using WAS for its JNDI capabilities, then you don't need to configure a JMS provider in WAS. However, if you want to start doing JMS things from inside the J2EE architecture, you'll need to let WAS know who your JMS provider is.
