Iam observing the listener is gettting down randomly. I found the error in the FDC file. Pl some body throw a light on this..

AMQ6119: An internal MQSeries error has occurred ('Too |
| many open files' from shmat.)

I too got the same Problem. I had cleared this error by clearing all the shared memory processes. I think,if it did not work then you should reboot your System. One quick question for you, in queue manager logs are you getting the signal 11 error.

what is the OS you are using.

post the prob ID in FDC file, this will provide some information.

I'd also suggest that you check the kernel parameters for your operating system. There are some values listed in the Quick Beginnings manual.

booting the system does not solve the problem and it can not be a solution
because system might be having more than one application running and
the same problem can occur in production environment also.
I m sure its a problem of resources .you should check the kernel parameters.

I observed all the kernal parameters are more than the given values in the document. The FDC file as follows.

This problem is comming daily once, i observed listener and the Qmanager is running but my application is throwing QMGR not available. I check every thing running. Once I stoped the QMGR and restart it then the application is running.
This is happing daily, pl any body let me know what could be that problem is..

I checked every thing is running listener and QMGR, but the application is throwing unable create instance of QManger. If I restart the QManger then every thing is working fine.

Pl any body help me out of this..

There have been APARs raised with the FDC file that you have above. My guess is that you don't have the latest CSD. I'd suggest getting it and seeing if the problem still occurs. CSDs are at:
