I have a Msg set that represents a cobol message. The message contains several variable tables all with min occurs 0 and the size is dependent on a 'ValueOf'.
When my ValueOf is ZERO, my msg still seems to allocate storage of 1 occurance instead of 0.
Any idea's why? |

The value of that particular field is Zero, Basically it is a value of zero not null. null is different from Zero. |
