Hi all,
I've Websphere MQSeries 5.3 with CSD 1 runnning on Unix/AIX.
recently I've set up the trigger monitor and I've some problems :
When a message arrives on the triggered queue, the trigger monitor launch the program specified in the process without problem. But, when my program is finished (with return code 0), the init message is then sent to the Dead Letter Queue with the reason code : 'APPLICATION_CANNOT_BE_STARTED'. I'm quite surprised, because all works well in a windows environment (my test environment).
I've tried to launch the trigger monitor manually, and I've seen the same error message at the end of my program (Error starting triggered application).
The called program works very well, my messages are processed without problems.
Usually, this problem occurs when the called program returns a negative return code, but in my case it returns 0.
I think this is a MQSeries bug because I have the same problem using the amqsget sample for the triggered queue...
I would like to know if someone has a solution ?
Thanks in advance. _________________ Eric Galichet
