Is there any sample program available which does the same as it is done by mqrc utility?

mqcodeanalyzer.jar in the Code Repository:
http://www.mqseries.net/pafiledb203/pafiledb.php?action=viewcat&id=3

But mqrc will always be up to date for the version of MQ on the machine. If you write your own script it may need updated when you upgrade.
