How do you change the time zone for audit trail time stamp?

I noticed that the timestamp in the audit trail is set to GMT. I would like to change that to the current time zone. Does anyone know how to do that.

I did check the time zone setting on the server and I know it's set to my correct time zone.

I believe this is saying that you can not do what you were hoping to do
