hi,
i have the next problem:
when i try to started the fmcautil program in solaris, i receive the next message:
$ fmcautil -y FMCR -uADMIN
- FMC16006I Administration Utility started.
System group name : [FMCGRP] FMCGRP
System name : [FMCSYS] FMCSYS
Userid : [ADMIN] ADMIN
Password : []
- FMC00011E Already logged on to the system
- FMC16302I Not connected to any system.
FMC15010I Main Menu:
s ... System Commands Menu
x ... Exit Main Menu
the fmcsys.log out is:
-----------------------------
03/25/03 12:21:54 FMC10100I Administration server starting.
03/25/03 12:21:57 FMC10200I Execution server for system FMCSYS started.
03/25/03 12:21:57 FMC10500I Execution server instance started.
03/25/03 12:22:00 FMC10000I System startup complete. System FMCSYS in system group FMCGRP is now running.
and doesn't exists fmcerror.log
i have a configuration working fine on a local database, but when i configured a new one with a remote database the fmcautil doesn't work

os: SunOS gnpdomc 5.8 Generic_108528-18 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire
db2level (remote):
DB21085I Instance "indgl001" uses DB2 code release "SQL07026" with level identifier "03070105" and informational tokens "DB2 v7.1.0.72", "s021110" and "U484613".
db2level (local):
DB21085I Instance "db2inst1" uses DB2 code release "SQL07026" with level identifier "03070105" and informational tokens "DB2 v7.1.0.72", "s021110" and "U484613".

another question: i need set up TP_MON_NAME to mqmax in remote database???? |

At first glance, your setup looks fine.
It appears you are getting that error because you are already logged in. Use "fmcautil -u admin -y XYZ -f"
another question: i need set up TP_MON_NAME to mqmax in remote database????
