In the chlauth rules, Is the sslcerti parameter referring to the partner's ssl cert or the local qmgr's cert?

In CHLAUTH rules it is always referring to the details about the connection that is attempting to gain access to your queue manager, so therefore the partner's certificate.

SSLCERTI is referring to the Issuer's DN in the partners certificate.

SSLPEER is referring to the Subject's DN in the partners certificate.
