No, no emails for New posts
but for Topics follow up, check your Profile settings :
Always notify me of replies:
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post. |

I misread the question and I meant notification mails as "Cressida" wrote. Cressida was just a second faster and more precise  .
