Hello,
There is MQ 8.0.0.5 installation on Linux that we want to upgrade, but for some reason, for a very long time now, there are queues are shown in MQExplorer, runmqsc and when I do "dmpmqcfg" I get :
* No matching queue objects
For every queue entry.
All applications work fine and even if I create a new queue, I later don't see it anywhere.
Any ideas what could be a problem? We can't go to IBM's support, since it's not a supported version anymore.
Thank you in advance. |

Are there any error messages in the queue manager error logs ?
Are there any FDC's from the time you issued these commands in /var/mqm/errors ?
Exactly what command did you issue ? |

Are you using V8 dmpmqcfg, or have you tried a much newer version of the tool, connecting as a client for example?
Alternatively, there are other tools that will export all your definitions for you ready to replay on a new machine.
Cheers,

Hello,
sorry for a late response .... Looks like some bug, it was resolved after migrating the QM to the latest 9.3 version. |
