I receive 401 unauthorized access error in WMB 8.0.0.4 (Linux) in the request SOAP node. Trying to connect to IIS (SharePoint) webservice.
After some investigation, it appears that NLMS authorization might not be supported in WMB 8.
Could you please advise, if there is a way to configure NMLS in WMB 8.0.0.4 similar to http://www.mqseries.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=395262&sid=f18a573ef9e295a0ca65e50b60759561 ?
Upgrading WMB is not an option.
Thank you in advance, George. |

WMB8 has been so long out of support that I feel for you.
Since then IIB9 and IIB10 have gone out of support.
This would be an excellent reason to upgrade, and keep it at least in a supported version... like ACE12... _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Does that include even applying the latest fixpack for wmb8? Perhaps that had support for NTLM authentication.
Another option is to replace the SOAP nodes with HTTP nodes, and manually add the required functionality to the message flow, using ESQL nodes, (or maybe .NETCompute nodes). |

Unfortunately, we are working under constrain not to touch production WMB 8.0.0.4 runtime environment. That includes no fixpacks to be applied.
We might be looking at replacing SOAP node with http as a last resort option.
Thank you for advises! |
