Hi,
I have setup the CRL config on the queue manager following all steps under:

This is on a z/OS queue manager (v9.1)
However when I start the channel I get an error “Cannot reach LDAP server”
My LDAP admin says this could be because of the CRL location embedded on the queue manager certificate.
Is this correct? Does this location embedded cause such confusion?
As per the link above queue manager should only use AUTHINFO object to locate the CRL.

Please post entire error message - include the message ID CSQnnnnn along with the text of the error. I’ll assume that the error is in the CHIN address space. Search google for the message ID, and follow the resolution instructions.
The text of the error “Cannot reach LDAP server” is pretty clear.

Some questions for you:
Can you successfully ping the ldap server ip and port?
Post your authinfo definition here.
Did you alter qmgr connauth(authinfoname)?
Did you refresh security type(connauth)?
