I did a quick google search for this error message and received three pages of occurrences of that error message with a variety of possible causes. You offered us near zero information that might lead us to suggest what you should next do.
You could apply the APAR fix to see if it resolves your issue. Or, you could open a PMR with IBM to get advice from them.
Other than asking here, what else have you done?

In most cases, I usually write on a forum as a last resort, because my experience is that by the time someone can help on the merits, I will find a solution to the problem.
1. - google search was the first I found cases I tried
2. - the problem still occurs after updating the version in the link (MQ 7.5 -> 9.0.4)
3. - change code
