We are using a soaprequest node to call vendor service. We just got intermittent error and service will break until we restarted EG.

Anyone saw this error before?

The node had a TCP socket session with the vendor service. The node tried to read data that was supposed to be written by the vendor service, but it timed out. This could indicate an issue with the vendor service, the network, or the TCP stack at either end. Does the vendor experience any errors? You could engage your network specialist to look at the traffic and behavior of the n/w connection, to see if anything unusual was going one (eg. n/w drop outs or long delays)

Or the timeout value on the SOAP Request node is set too low. How long does the vendor recommend the timeout value be for calls to their endpoint?
