problem with starting qmanager |

Hi,
I'm new on MQSeries and I'm programer not admin, but my admin is very ill and I have problem with starting qmanager.
When attempting to start my queue manager, I'm getting the following errors:
2003-02-19 13:34:51
AMQ6184: An internal MQSeries error has occurred on queue manager TAPSZAG.
EXPLANATION:
An error has been detected, and the MQSeries error recording routine has been
called. The failing process is process 2244.
ACTION:
Use the standard facilities supplied with your system to record the problem
identifier, and to save the generated output files. Contact your IBM support
center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been resolved.

AMQ7880: Error code 23 starting TAPSZAG/Queue Manager MQSeries service.
EXPLANATION:
The MQSeries service was unable to start TAPSZAG/Queue Manager. The error
message reported was as follows: AMQ7017: Log not available.
ACTION:
Use MQSeries Services to investigate why the service could not begin. If
recovery for this service is active, MQSeries will attempt to recover.

Make sure your log path is valid. This will be in the queue manager configuration file, or in windows the queue manager properties from the MQ Services window.
If you have cleaned up your logs lately, make sure you didn't delete the oldest log needed for restart or recovery. You can do a search for AMQ7468 in your logs, which will tell you the name of the file needed for restart.

Check to see if you have any FD files created. You can find them in mqseries\errors\ directory. Any files beginning with AMQ*.FDC would the ones that you have to look for. And try to co-relate the tim, 2003-02-19 13:34:51 , when you got this error msg in your mqerrlog. Post the same and that could help investigate further.
