Hello,

Recently, we had an issue with cluster queue. We have a queue in cluster with CLWLPRTY as 9 in qmgr running in MQ v8. We migrated this queue to another qmgr of MQv9.2. In v9.2 qmgr, CLWLPRTY of queue was set to 0 inadvertently.

After migration message flow failed, so we had to backout to v8 qmgr again.

During backout, we removed a queue from cluster in v9.2 qmgr & added to cluster from v8 qmgr.

But the CLWLPRTY in v8 qmgr got reset to 0 instead of 9.

Does removing and adding the queue again in cluster from different MQ versions reset the cluster workload properties?

No.

I'll guess that the script command to DEFINE the cluster queue omitted the
CLWLPRTY attribute and value, AND that value was taken from the SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LOCAL.QUEUE, the value of which is zero: CLWLPRTY(0)
