As per the IBM's documentation, for the compound type having
'Type Composition' property set to 'Message',
the 'Data Element separation' property automatically sets to 'Undefined'.

But I can't see the value 'Undefined' for that compound type in Control Center.
[u]Can somebody tell me if 'Undefined' as 'Data Element Separation' property-value is required and if yes, then how to set it?[/u]

I think you need to create TDS physical format to be able to see it.

I have created TDS physical format after creating message set but even then I can't see it. Have u ever experienced such problem while creating Multipart messages in TDS physical format using MQ Integrator 2.1?
