Hello Guys,
Need your help.I have configured MQ Cluster between 4 Queue Managers.2 gateway queue Managers (Full Repositories) 2 application queue managers (Repositories). Now I need high availability of 2 application queue managers.So I configured multi instances for the 2 application queue managers.I am not able to add these multi-instance queue managers to the cluster.Can any one help in configuring multi-instance queue manager to an MQ Cluster.Is it possible? |

Please provide a bit more detail as to why you were not able.
What command(s) did you issue? Where did you issue these commands? Did you receive some kind of error message(s)? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

A multi-instance queue manager can be added to a cluster.
The only difference over and above adding a normal queue manager to the cluster is in the CONNAME attribute on the CLUSRCVR definition. This attribute describes the connection name to use to communicate to this queue manager. This queue manager may now be found on two different IP addresses, so the CONNAME attribute of it's CLUSRCVR definition must now be a comma-separated list of connection names, that way CLUSSDRs built using this template will find the queue manager regardless of which IP address they are currently at.
