Hi All,
I need u r help folks,
i got one task to write script in Powershell.
Task is to Stopping EG, MQ backup, stop broker and stop MQ.

To what? Was there a question apart from the implied "how do I do my job"?
You have 4 easily (and commonly) scripted administration activities. You give no indication of what's stopping you simply writing as much or as little Powershell as you need, then running it in whatever control or scheduling framework is appropriate for your site.
All the commands you need are documented. If you've tried this and hit problems, you'll get better advice if you actually mention what you've written and what problems resulted.
If you need more generic help with Powershell, you should try a Powershell forum.
