| In the Production server, We are using Message Broker version 10.0.0.7 and Message Queue version 8.0.0.4 Suddenly, An execution group under a broker become non operational without any notification. That means, message flows that are deployed under Execution groups, are not working. However, other execution groups message flows are working fine. If the Message flows interact with queue, ipprocs of the queue becomes zero. On checking status of broker, EGs and message flow, it shows up and running. When we try to stop a message flow or reload execution group, broker is not responding to any administrative commands. Please provide Solution[/b] |

We're neither IBM nor a help desk.
If you have an urgent production problem raise a PMR.

On the understanding I'm an anonymous stranger on the Internet and not IBM, it sounds from the very limited information you've provided that one or more of the flows in the problem EG is hung up either waiting for an external resource or because the user code sucks.
Use kill -9 on the process and tell the developers they suck.

Either
a) take at least 15 minutes, and post a detailed description of the problem. Take care to explain everything clearly. Include relevant syslog entries, trace files etc
or
b) Open a PMR, and be prepared to supply the same information to IBM |
