Hi all,
I'm wondering is OAuth 2.0 supported in IIB v10? I want to expose REST service on IIB using OAuth. Is this possible? Some help, please |

Security Scheme Objects” with a type of “oauth2” are not currently supported by IBM Integration Bus |

Expose it using API Connect and call back into IIB from API Connect. _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Hi ,In IIB 10 We need to build REST API's (Provider Flows). Is there any possibilty to provide OAUTH 2.0 setup to secure those API's in IIB 10 Itself? |

Hi Thanks for this. We confirmed the same with Client and we are going with API Connect for OAuth 2.0 setup. I am having another doubt like Do we need to use Data power along with API Connect? I heard like for gateway service we should use Data power . Could you please explain me What is the exact role of Data power here? |

The same role as it would be it you were not using OAuth. It's an appliance designed for use as a security & transformation engine sitting on the outward facing edge of your network.
For more detailed information, see the DataPower documentation or your (or your client's) IBM Account Manager. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Okay Thanks I will go through it. So can we go with API Connect alone without data power for OAuth 2.0 as we are developing API's in IIB and will push those into API Connect for OAuth 2.0. |
