Hello everyone,
I need your help please.
I created the group mqview and the user mcaview01fr01 and then I added the user mcaview01fr01 in the group mqview, see the following commands:
groupadd mqview
useradd -c "MQ" -G mqview mcaview01fr01
I added the rights on the group with the following command:
setmqaut -m TEST -t qmgr -g mqview + inq + connect + dsp
I was able to view the rights to the group:
dspmqaut -m TEST -t qmgr -g mqview
The mqview entity is a version of the access permissions to the following object: TEST:
inq
connect
dsp
My problem that the user does not take rights added on the group:
[mqm @ MQ1 ~] $ dspmqaut -m TEST -t qmgr -p mcaview01fr01
The mcaview01fr01 entity is the reference of access permissions to the TEST object:
[mqm @ MQ1 ~] $
Does anyone have this problem? is it a rule on the name of mca user?
I created a user mcavie01en01 without the character 'w' I added it in the group, this user had the rights of the group
dspmqaut -m TEST -t qmgr -p mcavie01fr01
The entity mcavie01fr01 is the reference of the access authorizations to the TEST object:
inq
connect
dsp
[mqm @ MQ1 ~] $
Thank you in advance. |

You should have opened a new post, rather than adding to a 5 year old post. Please include important details, like MQ version/release, o/s.
Split from 2013 post. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
