Under Win 11, MQ Explorer with IBM Explorer for z/OS does not rollup my z/OS userid when sending it out of Explorer to a z/OS remote system. My colleague is using Win10 and is connecting to the MQ CHIN as expected. We have defined the SSL repository and other options as well as defined my z/OS userid in the particular parts of Preferences. The MQ QMGR has SCYCASE(UPPER) and my userid has access to the appropriate MQCHAN and MQCONN profiles. We're using SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN for our connection and uses the SSLCAUTH(OPTIONAL) setting. Can you think of anything I may have missed? Is there a particular setting for Win 11 which I'm not aware of that could be affecting this issue? TIA. Tony

Are you using CHLAUTH and have an IP address rule and the IP address of the new Win11 machine is not catered for?

Just a guess.

Does your SYSLOG show any RACF failure messages that might give a clue as to what user ID is being presented by your Win 11 machine?
