I have got an issue with Broker 10 in Windows.
The toolkit (GUI) works fine.
The commands like mqsilist or mqsicreatebroker are the problem.

They speak German and not English.

Where can I set the broker language?

Try setting up multiple languages for your windows PC. May be if you use it in English mode the commands will come in English.

An other option would be setting the IBM_JAVA_OPTIONS to set the language. If my memory serves well the JVM has a tendency to spit everything out in native language. So setting these options in the environment would most certainly help

This worked for the GUI
JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS=-Duser.language=en

But not for the command line.
