The following system properties can be used to adjust the readTimeout, retryAttempts, and closeTimeout
org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.retrieve.readTimeout=<default:1000>
org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.retrieve.retryAttempts=<default:30>
org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.retrieve.closeTimeout=<default:1000> |

| May be your network requires a proxy to access internet which can be configured at Toolkit, Windows->Preferences->Network Connections -> Proxy entries |

Thank you for responding.
However I am able to connect to Eclipse Marketplace from Toolkit.
I installed Git related plugin successfully from here - http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates-4.5
So that is taken care of.
On a different note, I do not see any proxy setting in Windows->Preferences->Network. |
