| The default behavior of MQ MFT resource monitor is to pick the file in a directory based on ascending order of the file name. Is there any way to override the behavior to pick the file based on timestamp of the file? |

| IBM MQ MFT documentation on this is never straight forward and I dont want to beat around the bush.The focus is to check if there is any room for tweaking the configuration before approaching for custom script or AVP program from IBM that I have. |

Yes.
Search google for 'mq fte based on timestamp'
