Hi Everyone,
I am using IIB10 and Oracle DB.

I have a requirement to update and commit the transaction in a single statement.

I have used individual statements as below :
PASSTHRU('UPDATE Table1 SET Col1= ? where Col2= ? and Col3= ?','a','b','c');
PASSTHRU('COMMIT');

The above statements are working good.

Is there any chance that we can combine the above two statements into one and pass at singe shot....?

I don't think you can achieve in a single ESQL statement unless you write COMMIT. Probably you can try out java SQL Parser to do the commit using JCN.
