Can anyone help me out with getting the pertinent stuff configured in order to get SSL working? Our security department is being picky for an intranet application. I am using WebSphere 4.0.1, IBM HTTP Server 1.3.19, MQ 5.2.1, and MQWF 3.3.2. I have been looking at a section I found on-line called "Configuring SSL In WebSphere Application Server" -- the steps associated with getting the https://localhost -- did work. But then I continued on down the instructions and it appears that nothing works now. Not http://localhost/MQWFClient-NVT/index.html nor https: anything -- can anyone out there help?

I don't know if you saw the doc from ibm in the WebClient Subdirectory of the Doc folder. In there the file unsuppd.html contains instructions on how to install for HTTPS.

I've never done this, so I don't know if it will work for you or not.

Thanks for pointing me there. I will take a look at it but first glance says this is talking about WebSphere 3.5 not WebSphere 4.0.1. We also have a fixpack for WebSphere installed -- I found something on IBM's site regarding WebSPhere 4.0.3 -- I am going to take a look at that. I'll keep you posted.

If anyone else has any experience in the area of SSL -- please advise.
