We have an old system running with MQ. The system content several elements, but also a MQ queue and a Visual Basic application. This application is triggered on the first message who enter in the queue. This system works very well.
I need to create a new system using a MQ queue, but this time with a java application (.jar). I saw an option in the interface for calling java. Normally this option attached to a field who are taking a string and I wondered if I could perform the following command to start the java application.
java-jar [JarPathJar] [args]
If I can do it this way how can I do?

Looks like some files are being migrated to the Websphere User Groups site.
Best would be to ask Emily Peyton if those files are still available and where.
