Prior to MQ 8, MQ did not produce Configuration Events for Authority Records. Happy to see them as we upgrade our QMs to MQ 8.

If I delete an AUTHREC, I get the expected single Configuration Event for an object being deleted.
If I update an existing AUTHREC , the expected pair of Change Configuration Events comes out.

If I create (SET) a new AUTHREC, I don’t get a single Add Config Event, instead I get 2 Change Config Events.

Is this explainable, or PMR time?
