I imported the following cobol copy book.
07 NM-SFORADJ-ACTION-IND PIC 9(003).
07 NM-SFORADJ-ORDER-NBR PIC X(015).
07 NM-SFORADJ-TABLE.
10 NM-SFORADJ-TABLE-ENTRY OCCURS 9 TIMES.
11 NM-SFORADJ-OPER-ID PIC 9(006).
11 NM-SFORADJ-STATUS-CODE PIC X(001).
11 NM-SFORADJ-QTY-COMPLETE PIC 9(007).
11 NM-SFORADJ-UNIT PIC X(004).
After importing i found that the elements NM-SFORADJ-TABLE-ENTRY, NM-SFORADJ-OPER-ID, NM-SFORADJ-STATUS-CODE, NM-SFORADJ-QTY-COMPLETE, NM-SFORADJ-UNIT are created and in addition NM-SFORADJ-OPER-ID, NM-SFORADJ-STATUS-CODE, NM-SFORADJ-QTY-COMPLETE, NM-SFORADJ-UNIT are created under NM-SFORADJ-TABLE-ENTRY element.
Kindly explain how elements are to be created and why the elements occurs twice.....
Also explain how the NM-SFORADJ-TABLE-ENTRY OCCURS 9 TIMES should be included in MQSI. |

The elements are only created once. They are then 'used' in the NM-SFORADJ-TABLE-ENTRY type.
The importer doesn't seem to use the OCCURS clause correctly. Go into the NM-SFORADJ-TABLE-ENTRY within the NM-SFORADJ-TABLE type and set the Repeat Count Type and Repeat Count fields.
